Uchida Spectrum is a growing solution provider in Tokyo. They developed a product for Enterprise Content Integration, based on FAST Data Search software. The framework is being developed using .Net. We assisted the development team, for integrating domino with in the framework to provide the authentication and search capabilities. FAST would extract the data from domino database (and other sources) and index on the Linux server. For end users to search the data, they will be first authenticated from the domino directory (using LDAP) and then based on the ACLs on the data being searched results will be shown. End users may also view the original document and documents will be shown only if users are authorized to view the document.
