Description: Inspiration provides all the employees of an organization a single window from where they can access any information related to the organization, management, and various undertaken projects amongst other things. Other than this, Inspiration also provides some inbuilt applications that the organization can implement almost from day one. Naturally, the organization will have to change their existing process to the one defined in “Inspiration”. For example, Leave Request application requires a process wherein leave request can only be approved or rejected by the reporting Manager.
Features:

•  Asset Database - This module stores and tracks information about the assets owned by the Organization. The module keeps track of AMC/Warranty of all the assets owned by the Organization. It also provides auto alerts for expiry of warranty dates.

•  Policies Database - This database stores all the policies applicable to the employees of Organization. The access rights for creation and viewing of polices can be controlled at the User or Group level (e.g. Accounts)

•  Employee Database - This database stores information about the employees of the organization.

•  Document Management - This application allows users to store and share documents. Access rights can be defined to control access. When a new document is introduced into the system, all the other users who are authorized to view the stored document will be intimated through email.

•  News Bulletin- This module allows authorized persons to enter News in the database. All the users are intimated through email about the news entered. Different persons can be authorized to enter news related to their departments.

•  Library Management - This module stores information about the books available in the library. This module manages issue and return of books.

•  Discussion Forum - This module enables different departments to initiate discussions on various topics related to their areas of interest. All the members of a forum will be intimated through an email about the formation of the new forum.

•  Customer Database - This database stores information about all the customers of the organization. All the information about the customers is stored centrally and accessible to the authorized users.

•  Project Database – This database stores information about the various projects that are currently undertaken by the organization.

Event Management - This database allows users to define various events like trainings, conferences, exhibitions etc.
